If you have changed your mind or your items are damaged we are happy to refund your order, providing it fits the following policy:

Our refund policy is 28 days, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order and return your order to us within those 28 days.

For authorised returns, please pack the product carefully in our original packing to avoid damage in transit. Any product returned where we have handwritten a gift message or gift wrapped your box this order will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.

If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

To complete your return, we require an order confirmation as proof of purchase.

Once an order is submitted to WELLNESSBYUNNDR.COM we will not be able to make any changes.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund via email.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card, or original method of payment, within 3-5 working days (this depends on your individual bank).

Please note the shipping cost for returns (£3.15) are not included in the refund amount.
